Ideas Beyond Borders (IBB) was among 35 finalists at the 2026 .ORG Impact Awards, which drew submissions from 145 countries. Presented by Public Interest Registry (PIR), the awards culminated in an October 6 ceremony in Washington, D.C.

Behind IBB’s place in the Quality Education for All category are the translators and teachers across the Middle East and Afghanistan who put its mission into practice. They make knowledge available in local languages and help Afghan girls continue their education. Their work gives people the tools to learn freely and build their own futures.

IBB congratulates all of this year’s winners, especially TECHO, named .ORG of the Year, and Style Her Empowered (SHE), winner of Quality Education for All. We are proud to stand alongside them.

We thank PIR for spotlighting this work and our supporters and partners for making it possible.
