Despite the turmoil, Faisal’s journey led him to the United States, where he was driven by a sense of responsibility to help his community back home. This sense of duty sparked the idea for Ideas Beyond Borders, an organization dedicated to bridging the accessibility gap of classical liberal values in the Middle East.
